1とEpic 2で、業務チームとデータサイエンティストが、「このプロトタイプなら本番を目指せそうだ」と確信を持てるまで詰めます。そしてEpic 3でいよいよ実装。開発チームが本番品質のガバナンスを整え、CI/CDを通じて安全にリリースします。以下に、詳細を見ていきます。",[12,75,76],{},"Epic1では、Agent Studioを活用します。業務担当者がエージェントの目的や入出力を定義。「このように動く仕組みがあれば仕事が楽になる」という“感覚”を関係者間で共有します。この段階で、完璧な成果物は必要ありません。感覚を共有することが大切で、“とりあえず動くプロトタイプ”を作ります。なお、この段階のプロトタイプ作成は、対話型で作れるレベルで十分です。ビジネス知識と改善意欲があれば、AIやITの知識は必要ありません。",[12,78,79],{},"続くEpic2では、Notebookを使って検証します。Agent Studioで作ったプロトタイプの出力を実データを使って裏取りし、精度やバイアス、異常系の挙動をグラフやテーブルで見える化。Epic1を仕上げた業務チームと一緒にレビューします。「商談内容の正しい要約ができているかどうか」、「どのパターンで誤った回答が出やすいか」などを洗い出し、開発チームのエンジニアと「やりたいこと」を共有できるレベルに仕上げます。大切なのは、この段階でプロトタイプの精度や品質を上げようと過度に努力しないこと。現状のプロトタイプで問題になりそうなポイントをつかみ、開発チームに引き渡すことが求められます。",[12,81,82],{},"最後のEpic
